Job Specification
Skilled Mainframe Developer with more than 7yrs of experience in CardLink or Vision Plus development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CardLink development and be well-versed in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, JCL, VSAM. Knowledge of any Cards platforms is a plus. This role involves working on development activities with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and banking concepts.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain applications on the Mainframe platform.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Cardlink and Payments Card domain experience
• Banking Sector experience and familiar with SDLC process and change management tools
• Good knowledge of Cards and Payments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize COBOL for development tasks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mainframe applications.

Competencies and Skills
• More than 7 years of experience in Mainframe development.
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS.
• Prior experience with Cardlink development is plus
• Knowledge of credit cards domain is a plus.
• Strong understanding of banking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
